Revenue Leak Audit

Two weeks. Six leaks.
One number at the end.

You already know something is bleeding. You just cannot prove which thing, or what it costs. I get inside the operation for two weeks and come back with the leaks named, priced, and put in the order you should fix them.

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Credited in full if you start the build within 30 days.

What I'm Looking For

Revenue dies in six places.

The audit tells you which ones are yours, and what each is costing you this year.

01

Deals dying on the floor

02

Lead managers drowning

03

Disposition run like a call center

04

Systems held together with duct tape

05

No real accountability

06

Doing manually what AI should handle

Nobody has all six. The long version of each one lives here.

What You Get

Four things, all of them written down.

01

Which leaks you actually have.

Not all six. Never all six. You get the specific ones, named, with the evidence pulled from your own CRM, your own call data, and your own team.

02

What each one costs you, in dollars.

A leak you cannot price is a leak you will not fix. Every finding comes with a number attached and the math that produced it, so you can argue with the math instead of the vibe.

03

The build sequence, in order.

Which one to fix first and why, what each fix takes, and what it is worth. Sequenced so the first fix pays for the second.

04

A price on the whole thing.

By the end you know exactly what the full build costs. No proposal theater, no discovery-call runaround. The number is in the document.

How It Runs

Fourteen days, start to readout.

WK 1

I get inside the operation.

Access to your CRM, your dialer, your reporting, and your people. I shadow the teams and pull the data myself. You do not prepare a deck for me. I go find it.

WK 2

I quantify and sequence.

Every leak gets priced and ranked. I build the fix order and cost it out. This is the part most consultants skip, because it is the part that commits them to a number.

THE READOUT

90 minutes, live, with your team in the room.

I walk the findings, take the hard questions, and hand over the document. It is yours whether or not you ever hire me again.

The Catch

There isn't one.

Start the build within 30 days and the entire $2,500 credits against it. The audit is not a product I sell you instead of the work. It is the first two weeks of the work, sold on its own so you can find out what I am like before you sign anything longer.

Most consultants give away the diagnosis to sell the engagement. That is why the diagnosis is usually worthless. This one costs money, so it has to be worth money.

Questions
What do I actually get at the end?+

A written audit document: the leaks you have, the dollar cost of each, the sequenced build plan, and the price to execute it. Plus a 90-minute live readout with your team. You keep all of it regardless of what you do next.

Is the $2,500 refundable?+

It is better than refundable. If you start the build within 30 days, the entire $2,500 credits against it. You are not buying a report, you are paying for the first two weeks of the engagement and deciding afterward whether to keep going.

What if you find nothing?+

That has not happened. If it does, you get the document saying so, and I will tell you plainly that you do not need me. That is a cheaper answer than a six-month engagement that discovers the same thing.

How much of my team's time does this take?+

One to two weeks of access to your people and systems. A few hours of interviews spread across the team, and read access to your stack. I do the heavy lifting.

Do I have to do the build with you?+

No. The document is written so another operator could execute it. Most people hire me anyway, because at that point I already know where the bodies are buried.

Find out what it's actually costing you.

Two weeks from now you will have the leaks named, the dollars attached, and a plan with a price on it. Or you will still be guessing.
